What happens after I choose a plan?
You’ll continue to the secure SaaSTech Servers shop to review the available plans, term, final price, and checkout details before completing your purchase.
How quickly can I get started?
Most services activate almost immediately or within a few minutes after purchase, so you can begin setting up or building right away. Domain registration and DNS updates may start working sooner, but full DNS propagation can take 24 to 48 hours. Domain transfers follow a separate timeline based on registry and authorization requirements.
Do I need technical experience to use VPS Hosting?
Self-managed VPS plans suit experienced users who will administer the operating system, software and security. Fully Managed VPS includes a dedicated server team with cPanel/WHM or Plesk Obsidian options. Confirm the selected configuration, backup arrangements and exact management scope before purchase.
Can I move an existing service?
In many cases, yes. The steps depend on your current provider and product. Ask for help before purchasing if you need guidance with a move. Choose your country and language on Contact Us to find your local support options.
Do I need an account before calling?
Yes. Please create a free SaaSTech Servers account before calling, but you do not need to purchase anything first. Your customer number and the verification method available for your region help an agent confirm the account, answer questions, and assist with an order. Need a little help getting started?
Can I view pricing and information for another country?
Yes. This sales site shows Canadian-dollar starting prices. On shop.saastech.net, international customers can change their country and language using the selector at the top of the page, and change currency using the selector at the bottom. Applicable taxes, fees, term requirements, and final pricing are confirmed in the shop before checkout.
What does included support generally cover?
Included support generally covers purchasing, renewing and setting up SaaSTech Servers products, explaining how to use them, and checking product access and provider systems. It does not generally include creating your website or content, custom application work, attracting visitors, troubleshooting your local network, or training on your computer or device. The product-specific scope below also applies.

How does VPS support differ between Self Managed and Fully Managed?
All listed VPS options include purchase and provisioning help, migration instructions, default domain-connection settings, management resources and root or administrator password-reset steps. A supported control panel adds basic panel access support and FTP or email connection settings. Fully Managed Services add specified work such as supported PHP and application updates, panel-based DNS, common email diagnosis, server hardening and qualifying migrations. Confirm the chosen panel, eligible tasks and any migration or SSL installation fees; Fully Managed does not mean every task is included.
Who maintains VPS backups?
You are responsible for maintaining VPS backups for both snapshots and disaster recovery. On Self Managed servers with a supported panel, available backups must be run manually. Fully Managed Services can include configuring local and remote backups in the control panel, but that does not transfer the customer’s responsibility for maintaining usable backups.
What VPS work is outside included support?
Customer-installed scripts, applications and content, root-level customizations, third-party services or VPNs, email or FTP client configuration, custom software without a vendor, compiling from source, virtual machines, and Node.js, MongoDB or Varnish installation or troubleshooting are outside the stated support scope. Troubleshooting compromises through administrator-controlled channels is also excluded. Panel-based assistance is not support for every server configuration; confirm any separately paid work before authorizing it.
Can I request help outside my plan’s included support?
Some tasks outside your plan’s included support may be available as separately paid services. Call SaaSTech Servers support to confirm availability, scope and pricing before authorizing work. Not all unsupported tasks are offered as paid services.
