Microsoft 365 web apps and OneDrive access depend on the account and licences your organization provides.
Admin Center — Administrators only. Use your organization’s Microsoft 365 administrator account. An ordinary employee account may not have access.
Email & Office Dashboard — Assign available Microsoft 365 seats and set up your team’s email accounts. If no seats are available, add seats through the dashboard or My Products . Use the SaaSTech Servers account that owns the subscription, or an authorized delegate—not an employee mailbox sign-in.

Do I need technical experience to use Domain Transfer?

Can I move an existing service?
Domain transfers and account changes have specific eligibility and authorization requirements. Use the transfer guide on this page, or ask for help before you begin. Choose your country and language on Contact Us to find your local support options.
Do I need an account before calling?
Yes. Please create a free SaaSTech Servers account before calling, but you do not need to purchase anything first. Your customer number and the verification method available for your region help an agent confirm the account, answer questions, and assist with an order. Need a little help getting started?
Can I view pricing and information for another country?
Yes. This sales site shows Canadian-dollar starting prices. On shop.saastech.net, international customers can change their country and language using the selector at the top of the page, and change currency using the selector at the bottom. Applicable taxes, fees, term requirements, and final pricing are confirmed in the shop before checkout.
What does included support generally cover?
Included support generally covers purchasing, renewing and setting up SaaSTech Servers products, explaining how to use them, and checking product access and provider systems. It does not generally include creating your website or content, custom application work, attracting visitors, troubleshooting your local network, or training on your computer or device. The product-specific scope below also applies.

What support is included for domain names?
Support covers registration and renewal, using the Domain Manager, managing your domain, explaining contact-information changes, and showing where to create or edit DNS records. DNS modifications for SaaSTech Servers products are included within the stated support scope.
Is setup for a third-party website or email service included?
Domain support does not include modifying DNS for non-SaaSTech Servers products, advanced DNS configuration, or troubleshooting third-party DNS records. Our connection guides are self-service resources, not a promise that support will configure another provider’s service. Ask that provider for its required records and confirm any separately available help before purchase.
Can I request help outside my plan’s included support?
Some tasks outside your plan’s included support may be available as separately paid services. Call SaaSTech Servers support to confirm availability, scope and pricing before authorizing work. Not all unsupported tasks are offered as paid services.
